We only store the information necessary for billing and contact needs. This will include the following:

Some information may also be collected when you sign up or request from us any demo. These are the common information stored with us when you use an iCollab cloud account.

G. Where do we host?

We are hosting with Contabo.com whose servers/data centers are located in Germany.

H. How do we maintain backups?

On this cloud, we normally maintain your regular SQL backups (from here on referred to as backup) of your account. A backup is taken every 6 hours. We recommend you to make a copy with yourself also. To download backup manually you can take it by going to Setup > Download Backups. You can also automate database backup download of your ERPNU account into your Dropbox account.

I. Who can access your account?

We can access your account for different administration aims or purposes. Moreover, our team may also collect or use your data but your passwords are not accessible to our engineers and usually generated via program. We also signed an NDA from our employees to protect your precious and private data.

J. How do we check all the changes which you have made as an Administrator?

If we made any changes as an administrator we will report you. You will be able to see at the bottom of each form about who has made recent changes. We also have an Activity Log Report where you can check the recent changes made out to your account. When any new version is released, we may also make changes automatically via patches. In case a patch fails, an Administrator may change your data. In this case too you will receive an email notification of the same.

K. How can you delete all of your data that resides with us?

You can use our system and make a request to delete your data but we cannot certain data like billing due to legal and auditing reasons.

L. What if you wish to move your data?

All you have to do is download your backup and reinstall on your new server. You can also export only the necessary data in spreadsheets (Excel, CSV) and import them in your new instance.

M. What if we had Incorrect or invalid Information about?

We will be highly thankful and obliged if you let us know if we had any correct or invalid information about you. You can send or contact us through our email regarding such help.

N. We May Update and change this Policy

From time to time, we may change this Policy. When we do, we will notify you of any material changes as required by law. This will include posting an updated copy here and updating the “Last Updated” date. Please check periodically for updates.
